By day, I'm VP of Marketing at NorthShore Care Supply, a DTC medical supply and CPG brand. I lead marketing and ecommerce, report to the founder and CEO, and run a nine-person team, most of whom I hired. By night, I'm usually still thinking about marketing. My husband is a marketer too, so dinner is basically a brainstorm session, and our teenager is already plotting his first subscription business.
I'm an intentional optimist, and I love that marketing gets to shape how people see things, including themselves. Done right, it can inspire, empower and give people hope. That's kind of magical.
NorthShore started as a client of my consultancy, Clicking Awesome. In 2023 they recruited me in-house as Director of Marketing. Within about ninety days I was running marketing for the whole business, and in 2024 I was promoted to VP. I started Clicking Awesome by choice after Focus Products was acquired and spent two years working across five industries. Before that, I led marketing for hospitality and healthcare product brands, earning a promotion at every stop.
I've marketed a lot of different things, but product marketing is my favorite, DTC or B2B. There's nothing like selling something people can actually hold in their hands.
Every role follows the same playbook. Find the story the brand isn't telling. Tell it clearly, everywhere. Build the team and systems that keep it going. Lately that playbook includes AI: I'm leading adoption across my team, from choosing the platforms to setting the standards to building the workflows. Here's a secret: I built this whole website with AI. Sure beats the old WordPress days.
I'm a leader who still likes getting my hands dirty. I set the strategy, and I'm just as happy rolling up my sleeves to help get it done. I can see the forest and the trees.
I never expected to be this excited about adult diapers, but here we are. I love a complicated category (I've done bed bugs, too).
One of those rare leaders who could do every creative function herself, yet was smart enough to know when to lead, delegate, and develop the people around her.

Uncover the brand. Build the team. Hit the gas.
Position it. Then say it everywhere. Voice, messaging architecture and funnel-stage standards.
Build the org that owns the plan. Hiring, coaching, succession and the first documented plans.
Turn attention into dollars and loyalty into advocacy. Owned channels first, paid and broadcast to scale.
In every role, my goal is the same: leave marketing better than I found it.
